Where do you currently ship?
We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, UK and majority of Europe for the time being for all products except DREAM, which has a stricter regulation in Europe. However we always review and update our shipping countries and update it.
Note that we ship from the USA, so import taxes for your country/region will apply. In case you are located outside of the regions we are shipping now, but are excited and interested, please sign up to our e-mail newsletter at the bottom of this page, where we will inform you when we are ready and opened to new international markets.
What is the refund policy?
You can find all detailed information in the Mindvalley States Terms of Use policy. We will have a 60 day return policy from the date of purchase. If you have a product quality complaint they can return the unopened product to us within 60 days of purchase and we can offer a refund, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. This applies to both US and international customers. To return, customers have to submit this return form: www.mindvalleystates.com/refund. The form also provides the return address.

Do I do this every day or just when I’m looking to enter a certain state?
Your States Stacks are designed to be used holistically and may take a little planning to go deep into a certain state. Taking the supplements and doing the meditations regularly will enhance your emotional intelligence and ability to help control your mood.
