You can find all detailed information in the Mindvalley States Terms of Use policy. We will have a 60 day return policy from the date of purchase. If you have a product quality complaint they can return the unopened product to us within 60 days of purchase and we can offer a refund, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. This applies to both US and international customers. To return, customers have to submit this return form: www.mindvalleystates.com/refund. The form also provides the return address. 

If you want to change your address before the product is shipped out you can do that free of charge. Please contact customer service by email on support@mindvalleystates.com . If the product has already shipped there is no guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping address mid shipment. We will inquire and if it is possible to change with carrier mid shipment there will be a change of address fee IF POSSIBLE.
