Placing Orders for Goods

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Website. The Goods available on Our Website may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Website and in Our advertising on other websites. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product specifications and availability. We reserve the right to change or update.
Prices Policy
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
Payments
Payment can be made through various payment methods, such as bank transfers with Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods, such as PayPal, Apple Store In-App Payments, and Google Play In-App Payments. Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay in placing Your Order.
Personal Use
The Company only accepts orders for personal use. You cannot resell items offered on the Website. If Company discovers you are placing orders with the intent to resell items or are otherwise using or intend to use the products inappropriately or illegally, we may immediately cancel your order, suspend or terminate your account, and pursue any and all available legal remedies from you under applicable law.
To the extent your conduct may be fraudulent, such as purchasing products through the use of fake or stolen cards, the Company will also report you to federal, state and/or local enforcements authorities. It is your responsibility to understand and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Websites. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
The Company will add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Unless otherwise noted, Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed order. You understand any delivery or shipment timeframes or dates may be subject to change and are only good faith estimate. You further understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case the products will be delivered when they become available. If your order will be delayed (either from the date specified at the time of order or, if no date was specified, beyond 30 days from the date of your order, the Company will use reasonable good faith efforts to contact you. If Company cannot contact you or you no longer wish to receive the item, Company will cancel the order and promptly refund the amount tendered.
Sales Tax
Company is required to follow the rules of each state in regards to state and local tax. Company shall collect applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. Taxes apply to most merchandise, but some states exclude certain items. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. Your final order total will include the appropriate state and local taxes.
Recurring Payments: Subscriptions
COMPANY OFFERS CONSUMERS “PRODUCTS” THAT CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH A SUBSCRIPTION (“SUBSCRIPTION”), WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS CANCELED. IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION, THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU PROVIDE WILL BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT THEN IN-EFFECT EVERY 30 DAYS, OR THE DELIVERY CADENCE OF YOUR CHOOSING. (“BILLING PERIOD”)
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME. TO AVOID A RECURRING CHARGE, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BY THE LAST DAY OF YOUR BILLING PERIOD. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION , YOU MAY DO SO BY CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE EFFECTIVE ON THE LAST DAY OF BILLING PERIOD.
YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMPTLY UPDATING ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND ACCURATE (E.G., CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE). YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY US IF YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS CANCELLED OR IS NO LONGER VALID. CHANGES TO SUCH INFORMATION CAN BE MADE BY REACHING A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
Return/Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by submitting a refund request through this form and returning the product(s) so that it is received by us within sixty (60) days of your purchase date. Your refund request must include your name and order ID. Please ship the product to the address provided promptly after submitting your request to ensure timely receipt. Note the return shipping costs cannot be refunded to you and is the responsibility of You.
Your returned item must be received within sixty (60) days from the purchase date in order for us to process your refund. Once we have received the product, please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to be completed.
If you have any further questions, please reach out to support@mindvalleystates.com. If you don't like our product, you can request a refund for your first order within sixty (60) days of placing your first order with us by reaching out to Customer Service at mindvalleystates.com. Please include your order details, including name and order number. We will then let you know how and to which address you need to return your product to us in order to get your refund. You must return the product to us in order to get a refund. Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded to you.
International Orders.
Company may not directly sell certain products in any jurisdiction other than the United States of America, as these products may not be approved for sale in other jurisdictions. While Company may choose to accept orders for the purchase of its products from non-U.S. residents, the acceptance of such orders and the sale of such products will be subject to the following conditions:
- (a) You agree that the purchase of any products by you, as a non-U.S. resident, shall be (i) with all title risk and loss in the products passing to you in the United States per Incoterms 2010; and (ii) for your own personal use only and not for further resale or distribution in any manner;
- (b) You hereby expressly authorize and direct Company to load and ship the purchased products to your shipping address, and to contract on your behalf with a courier company for that purpose; and
- (c) You are the principal importer of record and will undertake responsibility for all applicable taxes, shipping, customs clearance, duties and import requirements in the United States to your foreign shipping address.
For Canadian Orders only: You agree not to order more than a ninety (90) day supply of any consumable products within any ninety (90) day period; you hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Company to act as your agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear your merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that you return. You understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker, and that you will obtain the refund directly from Companys. You also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in your name so that Company can be reimbursed.
Promotions
Any Promotions made available through the Website may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Website. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Website and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Website or a Third-Party Social Media Service. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
