Where do you currently ship?
We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, UK and majority of Europe for the time being for all
products except DREAM, which has a stricter regulation in Europe. However we always review and update our
shipping countries and update it. Note that we ship from the USA, so import taxes for your country/region
will apply. In case you are located outside of the regions we are shipping now, but are excited and
interested, please sign up to our e-mail newsletter at the bottom of this page, where we will inform you
when we are ready and opened to new international markets.
How long will the shipment of my product take?
For USA customers, shipment will take between 3-8 business days. For international customers, this will be
between 14-21 business days, depending on the country of origin. Note that for international customers,
there will be an import VAT to be paid before release of the package.
What is the refund policy?
You can find all detailed information in the Mindvalley States Terms of Use policy. We will have a 60 day
return policy from the date of purchase. If you have a product quality complaint they can return the
unopened product to us within 60 days of purchase and we can offer a refund, but the customer will be
responsible for the shipping costs. This applies to both US and international customers. To return,
customers have to submit this return form: www.mindvalleystates.com/refund. The form also provides the
return address.
What import taxes can I expect in non-USA Countries?
Note that we are shipping from the USA, which means import taxes will apply for your region or country.
Note that import taxes are managed by your own country depending on what is your local policy, and can
unfortunately not be controlled by us. You will be informed about the import taxes by a delivery partner
when your package has arrived in your country and ready for at-home delivery. If you would have any issues
with customs, do reach out to us at support@mindvalleystates.com and we will support your refund
regardless of the timeline.
I have a pre-existing health condition, can I still use States?
We will not be providing any medical advice, please talk to your trusted medical professional before
starting and supplement regimen. If you're concerned about how your condition might interact with new
supplements or meditation practices, please consult your healthcare professional before ordering.
How long does it take to notice the difference? Do I feel effects immediately?
It varies from person to person, depending on your experience, we'd recommend you approach your State with
a sense of expectation. All the information for each individual supplement and supporting mental training
stack can be found in The Mindvalley States app. If you look at the pill alone - a typical activation time
is 20-30 minutes from pill ingestion, again depending on everyone's individual biochemistry.
Will they cause dependency long term? Example; Like i would not be able to focus without taking FOCUS.
E.g. The ingredients in FOCUS are not known to be addictive or cause physical dependence. Unlike
substances that can lead to addiction, FOCUS does not contain any controlled or habit-forming compounds.
